By using sculptedsociety.co and purchasing our supplements, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you don’t vibe with any part of these TOS, hit the back button—because once you click “Buy,” it’s locked in.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You confirm you’re legally allowed to buy and use dietary supplements in your country.

3. Account Registration

  • To place an order, you’ll create an account with a valid email and password.

  • Keep your login info safe—your account’s your responsibility.

  • If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately at support@sculptedsociety.co.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes and shipping (unless otherwise noted).

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees you incur.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Processing: Orders ship within 2 business days to the address you provide.

  • Tracking: We email you tracking info as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address—if it’s wrong, extra fees may apply to reroute.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • 30-day, no-questions-asked returns (limit 2 returns per customer, per calendar year).

  • We send you a pre-paid return label—returns cost you zero.

  • Once we receive your items, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All site content—logos, product photos, text, designs—is owned by Sculpted Society or its licensors.

  • You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • All other use requires our express, written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using our site and products, you agree not to:

These TOS are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio (U.S.A.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes go to the state or federal courts in Ohio.
